JEFFERSON CITY -- A recent revelation by Politico details that in February 2016, Senator Claire McCaskill footed the bill for a Cancun getaway with a few notable pals, including Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) and notorious coal killer, Senator Jon Tester (D-MT).  "SCOOP: MCCASKILL’S CANCUN ADVENTURE -- Sen. Claire McCaskill (D-Mo.) paid more than $15,000 for Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) and Sen. Jon Tester (D-Mont.) and their spouses to spend a few days in Cancun in February 2016. Recently filed financial disclosure documents show McCaskill paid $8,235.11 for Schumer and his wife to travel, stay and eat in Mexico, and $7,410.27 for Tester and his wife to take the trip. Schumer traveled from Dallas and returned to Houston, Schumer’s wife traveled from New York and Tester and his wife from Great Falls, Montana."

These records show that Claire McCaskill sponsored a cozy Cancun vacay for her leftist buddies, forking over a whopping $15,000 on travel and other accommodations for Schumer, Tester and their respective spouses.

"These are certainly strange bedfellows for McCaskill, who claims to be a moderate," said MOGOP Executive Director Austin Stukins. "McCaskill’s coziness with Senators Schumer and Tester is particularly curious, given her bid for reelection and that they represent the exact opposite of what McCaskill would like Missouri voters to believe that she represents. McCaskill, Schumer, and Tester have served up continued obstruction to President Trump’s agenda, and McCaskill's continued affiliation with these two is an affront to Missourians.”

McCaskill is part of the swamp that desperately needs to be drained.
