Jefferson's Prediction of Rule by an Oligarchy Has Arrived

Once again the federal courts are controlling the lives of free citizens. The latest victim is Kim Davis, an elected clerk from Rowan County Kentucky who has been jailed by federal judge David Bunning for refusing to issue marriage licenses. Yahoo News reports "..foes have lined up in protest since she touted her religious beliefs in defiance of a court order to issue same-sex marriage licenses."

U.S. District Court Judge David Bunning stated: "Her good-faith belief is simply not a viable defense," said Bunning, who said he also has deeply held religious beliefs. "Oaths mean things."  Allowing Kim Davis, who previously has said she is an Apostolic Christian, to defy a court order could create a ripple effect among other county clerks, Bunning said."

Judge Bunning took the oath of justices and judges - 28 U.S. Code § 453 before assuming the bench, so what value is his oath? What judge Bunning has inferred in his decision is that when the state demands a certain social change, no one has any right to refuse, refusal being interpreted as 'discrimination' by court definition.  But "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion or prohibiting the free exercise thereof..."

Bunning knows full well that if Congress can make no law, neither can the executive or judic1al branches modify law through 'executive order' or court fiat.  Remember, it was the Supreme Court who sanctioned homosexuality in Lawrence v. Texas; it never originated in the Congress or any state legislature.  Thanks to this moron judge, the 1st Amendment's right to 'free exercise' is no longer a viable defense.

What kind of government suborns its citizen's rights? The answer: either a government under the control of a foreign entity or one that has elevated itself to deity. Take your pick. American jurisprudence is moving steadily and rapidly under the direction of international globalist objectives where there are no individual rights. Take a good look at judge Bunning, this is the face of American fascism.

Nowhere in the founding documents of this country were the courts ever given the power to adjudicate social issues, that belongs to the states under the 10th Amendment. Thomas Jefferson wrote in a Sept. 28, 1820 letter to William Jarvis: "You seem to consider the judges as the final arbiters of all constitutional questions; a very dangerous doctrine indeed, and one that would put us under the despotism of an oligarchy."

And that's precisely where Kim Davis and the rest of America lie, under the iron boot of the state.  Religious beliefs only have validity when one supports the oligarchy's propaganda platform on the economy, religion, and science. But, in the days of America's founding, Thomas Jefferson "..instructed that right-minded nullification — which is simply when states declare that since a given federal action is unconstitutional, they will not abide by it — is the "rightful remedy" for any and all unconstitutional federal dictatesThe Supreme Court's Obergefell ruling [legalizing homosexuality in all 50 states] is clearly unconstitutional. "

So, what is an unjust law? We can take a cue from Peter, one of the 12 apostles, who said " We ought to obey God rather than men." - Acts 5:29. But there are no unjust laws when government is godA federal judge has sided with John Holdren, the white house 'science czar' in allowing govt. emails on a private server to be kept from the public despite the Freedom of Information Act.

Apparently Mr. Holdren also has deeply held religious beliefs but his obviously carry more weight than Mrs. Davis because he worships at the altar of government. Don't miss the hidden invective here that court orders trump the US Bill of rights.  Only those 'out of step' with the compelling interest of the state are subjected to jail time while Lois Lerner, Hillary Clinton, John Holdren and others are given a free ride to exercise their 'climate change' and mother earth spirituality ecumenical beliefs.  If anyone thinks that's the end of the matter, you couldn't be more mistaken.

The courts will soon dictate to Churches what they may preach to their members as the military and certain prsions have already done regarding I Corinthians 6:9, lest any free speech inclinations ripple through the general populace.

Bunning knows that his decision to incarcerate Kim Davis has no constitutional or moral basis. However, the principal role of the courts in the New World order is to enforce the state's prevailing social beliefs, NOT to interpret law.
